we live in san diego, you have no excuse not to.
accounting and engineering and bio can wait.
i promise you, ten hours is better spent outside
in the sun with the breeze and the ocean
than in the stacks with stale air and watered down coffee
with nothing to keep you company but wishful thoughts and dusty books.
studying and class are for cloudy days and stormy weather.
so:
go paddle boarding in the bay
run barefoot on blacks beach
ride your bike through pacific beach
play volleyball in south mission
hike torrey pines
sit at sunset cliffs and enjoy the view
swim in the ocean
wind surf at tourmaline
build a sandcastle
try something new, as long as you take a goddamn break.
you deserve it. we're so lucky to live somewhere so beautiful.
you'd be ungrateful not to enjoy it.
